“WHAT YOU WILL WORTHY” TESTIMONIES

Our God is really far more interested in the details of our lives than we give Him credit for and again and again, He proves to my husband and me, that no individual desire ever escapes His notice.

To give you a little background on my personal life, I am married to a wonderful man who has a very demanding job that requires much of his time; so when he does have the opportunity to stay home and “power down”, aside from working on home projects, he enjoys reading books and watching movies.

His favorite store carries thousands of used books and DVD’s. Whenever he has an appointment in the city near this bookstore, he’ll stop in to peruse the shelves and book bins for books and movies to add to our expanding collection. The last two times he had an opportunity to go to the city and stop in at the bookstore I went with him. Four weeks ago as he was about to finish thumbing through the last row of DVD’s at the bookstore he remarked, “Unbelievable, I have been coming in here for months hoping to find the second sequel to this movie, but all I find are part’s one and three, no two.” I said to him, “Well, why not ask the angels of the Lord to go find part two and bring it here?” He looked up at me and said “Ok.” So he and I agreed as we prayed, “Father in the Name of Jesus, we loose the angels of the Lord to go get that movie and bring it here so we can have it in our collection.” We grabbed the merchandise in hand and headed to the cashier. I knew God heard our prayer and I had no doubt that the angel’s would be on assignment seeking out that movie for my husband.

Two days ago, my husband had an appointment in the city. I wanted to spend time with him so I joined him on the hour long drive. I knew after his appointment we would go to his favorite bookstore for books and DVD’s. We stopped at the freebie bin before going inside and I was happy to find some study manuals for my own personal Bible study. After we finished at the freebies, we entered the store for some fresh finds. I had looked through hundreds of DVD’s before finding six movies to add to our library. I kept my eyes out for part two of the movie “Taken”, but didn’t see it; I did however come across a DVD collection of Red Skelton’s funniest comedic acts in mint condition. It was an unexpected find as we just inherited a signed edition of one of his paintings from a family member and I would have never considered adding a DVD of Red’s work to the portrait. What a great surprise! What a thoughtful God!

My husband glanced at my merchandise and said he was about ready to go. I saw his stack of movies and said, “Did you get everything you wanted?” And he said, “Yes, I did.” He grabbed one of the DVD’s in his stack and said, “Look what I got.” I shrieked, “Praise Jesus!” It was part two of the three part sequel to Taken. And get this, not only did he finally have a copy of the movie; but it was brand new, still in its cellophane wrap for a whopping price of $1.95! I mean, hello. Glory hallelujah and thank you Jesus for our amazing angels!!! Only GOD!

I was excited for my husband, and I was excited for me, a child of God who loves to see the angel’s at work on behalf of the sons and daughters of God. I was so pleased to be there for this moment and I was so happy that God made sure my husband found that movie himself, right where the angels of the Lord had placed it. I just love how God works, He is so amazing.

Now obviously, this isn’t a story promoting the movie Taken. The point of this blog post is while we may sometimes think our desires and prayers for some things seem so insignificant or unimportant to God, they aren’t; it is always God’s will to show up and show out for His kid’s. My husband knows that God loves him so much, that even the desire to own a simple little movie for a DVD collection matters to God.

My husband needed that wonderful surprise from God that day and I needed my husband to remember that nothing he does to care for our family is insignificant or unimportant. A hardworking man deserves to have some enjoyment from the sweat of his brow and much hard labor. My husband enjoys books and movies and our God knows that, so He showed up to do something so sweet and so kind for the man I love, and He will do the same for you.

Be blessed and know that there is nothing touching your life or your heart that goes unnoticed by God; and if you think He’s not interested in your desires, think again. If you trust in His love for you, then you’ll know that God not only loves you down to the smallest jot and tittle of your life, but He is looking for ways to prove it to you. He made His interest in my husband’s life abundantly clear the other day through a simple little request for a movie—an insignificant and perhaps not very important request, but one our God chose to honor anyway. He wants to do the same for you. Just ask.

Last night on my way home from work I heard a loud squealing from somewhere under my car engine. When I got home after driving in reverse and forward a couple times the sound stopped so I figured something like a small branch must have gotten stuck under there and then fell out. (I live off of a dirt road) When I got in my car to go to work today my air conditioner did not work. It was blowing only hot air. After I got to work I called a mechanic and made an appointment for tomorrow to get it fixed. Now here’s where it gets good. After work I got in my car and turned it on and said, Lord, I know fixing this thing would be really easy for you so what say you?? I turned on the air and WALLAH!! On comes the air just as cold as it has ever been. God I want to thank you for always being there for me, even the times when I have failed to see it. – James J.

What You Will practices healing! I heard some coughing before getting out of bed this morning. I found my family member sitting up on the couch trying to sleep (not a recipe for comfort). He said he wasn’t able to lay down. I laid my hand on his head and it felt warm and clammy. He definitely had a low-grade fever and I could feel the sweat on my hand. I stepped away to pray. I spoke to sickness, disease and infirmity, commanding it to leave his body. I informed the devil that he had no legal authority to trespass against my family and he had to flee. I told flu and acid re-flux to bow to the Name of Jesus. I grabbed my bottle of anointing oil and anointed my family member’s throat and then his forehead. I plead the blood of Jesus and thanked the Father for healing Him. I left him on the couch to go pay some bills. A few minutes later I was pleased to see my family member laying down on that same couch sleeping peacefully. Later he awoke rested and had no symptoms of sickness or acid re-flux. This is our heritage saint’s. This is our right. Be the authority.

What You Will sowed seed into a healing ministry located in Massachusetts called HappyHands. The founder of the ministry, Shawn Hurley is a very anointed man of God who has healed people of too many diseases to list and he has a real heart for God. He’s the real deal. When we sow our seed at What You Will we “name” it and we named this seed “Ministry Growth”. We dropped the check in the mail today and about two hours later, a lady we know had an accident in her kitchen. She had burned her hand on a pan handle inside her oven. She was so debilitated by the accident she had her daughter contact us by facebook messenger. We immediately prayed for her once we saw the message. We rebuked the spirit of pain and loosed healing in the Name of Jesus. We stated in no uncertain terms that healing belongs to us and we were going to TAKE healing! Our friend reported back only a few short minutes to say her hand was completely healed and there was no pain! She said you could barely see what was left of the mark that had burned her hand and moisture was returning to the hand. God is so good! Faith without works is dead. We sowed a seed of love into a healing ministry expecting growth and immediately after sowing, we reaped the benefit of our own testimony at What You Will. God is amazing!

“I felt a strange and very warm sensation in my lower back and just like that, the pain was gone!”

I wanted to share this awesome testimony of healing I received through repentance and prayer. I have from time to time had problems with my lower back through pushing myself with heavy lifting. I moved a very heavy piece of machinery without assistance and I then I felt it! “Oh no. I did it.” I knew I had really injured my back and unlike previous injuries, I knew this one was really bad. In the past, when I have knocked my back out I was pretty much resigned to laying on the couch for days if not a whole week and like most people, I can’t be down for any length of time. I knew I had to get control of this thing immediately. So after listening to the teachings on What You Will I knew I had the authority to get my healing. My wife encouraged me to repent for moving heavy equipment by myself–I knew better but moved it anyway–so first, I asked God to forgive me for making such a bad decision; then my wife laid her hands on my back and we rebuked the pain. We took authority over the pain and told it to go! Almost immediately I felt a strange and very warm sensation in my lower back and just like that, the pain was gone! I was well and went on about my day as though nothing had happened to me and I even got up the next day and still felt great. It was great! I give God all the praise. I share this testimony with the hope that others will see that through faith and unwavering belief in the healing power of prayer, all things are possible through Christ. Mark 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever you desire, when you pray, believe you receive them, and you shall have them.
